When will I receive my order?
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to France (metropolitan), Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
For other destinations, please contact us at info@stellamagcreative.fr.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your parcel ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
My order arrived damaged—what should I do?
Please take a photo and contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt, before installing the item. We’ll advise you on the next steps.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your items. They must be in their original packaging (or carefully re-packed).
Can I exchange a product?
We don’t offer exchanges at the moment. Please return the item for a refund, then place a new order.
What if I’ve thrown away the packaging?
We accept returns if the product is well protected. A €4 fee applies to replace missing packaging.
When will I be refunded?
Within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
